Appointment/ Cancellation Policy
You can make an appointment with me by calling 08131/ 3174049. All incoming phone calls are forwarded to voice mail when I am with a client. Please leave a message with your name and number or send me an email at laurie@lauriejohnson.de. I will answer as soon as possible.
If it is necessary to cancel or postpone, please give notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be charged half of the amount for your appointment. If you do not show without having cancelled or rescheduled, you will be charged the full amount.
Cost
Payment is to be made in cash at the end of each appointment and you will be given a receipt. Please let me know if you need special paperwork to submit to your private health insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Medical Evaluation
In case of illness, medical evaluation by a physician or psychiatrist is necessary.If you suffer from an illness or are in medical treatment, or have complications during pregnancy, speak with your medical provider before making an appointment. Massage is not allowed in cases of fever, infections, thrombosis, phlebitis, rashes, fresh injuries, open wounds or after a recent stroke or heart attack.
This treatment is not a substitute for necessary medical or psychiatric treatments!
